Grief can come on slowly or all at once, predictably or unexpectedly, in “normal “ ways and unusual ways.
When you’re grieving, it’s especially important that you remain conscious and aware, and be able to take care of yourself. Therapy can be extremely helpful in identifying and guiding you through the stages of grief.
I offer grief counseling services for:
death of a spouse
death of a partner
death of a parent
death of a child
death of a family member
death of a friend
death of a pet
Other situations and life changes can also bring on feelings of profound loss, and I also provide counseling services for:
illness
injury
job loss
divorce
breakups
