As part of my psychology practice, I offer the following types of assessments:
ADHD Assessments and Documentation
I diagnose adults with ADHD, (also known as ADD). Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a well-known childhood behavioral disorder, but in many people, it may have gone undetected. ADHD may also continue into adulthood. I often perform ADHD / ADD assessments for adults who are curious if they have the disorder and who may need documentation to receive accommodations at school or work.
Psychological Evaluations
I conduct psychological evaluations, which typically are used to assess for mood, personality, and/or parenting ability. These psych evals include:
court ordered forensic psychological evaluations
parenting evaluations for dependency and neglect with social services
independent medical evaluations (IME) and reviews to confirm diagnoses
post-traumatic stress disorder evaluations (PTSD) for veterans and others who may need documentation for treatment and/or disability benefits
